Most women I talk to are working really hard — five, six days a week, sweating, trying new programs every month. And they’re frustrated because nothing is changing.

Here’s the hard truth: the programs that look most exciting on Instagram — the no-repeat workouts, the daily HIIT, the “you’ll never do the same thing twice” plans — are quietly making you weaker. Not because they’re hard. Because they’re random.

Your body adapts to one thing: repeated stimulus that gets progressively harder. Same movements, more weight (or more reps, or better form) over weeks. That’s the whole game. If you’re doing something new every day, your body never gets the chance to adapt.
